55 Social Management, a trade name of Unbreakable Social Marketing LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operates Greenlit, a social media management portal that lets our agency and our clients create, review, approve, publish, and manage social media content on the client’s connected accounts, including Facebook Pages. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices available to you. By using the Greenlit portal, you agree to the practices described here.

Who we are

55 Social Management is a social media management, content creation, and website design agency based in Winchester, Virginia. We provide the Greenlit portal to the businesses we serve so they can collaborate with us on their social media presence.

Information we collect

Account and profile information

When an account is created for you, we collect your name, email address, and role (for example, client or agency team member). Authentication and login are handled through our secure infrastructure provider.

Client business information

For each business we manage, we store details such as the business name, contact name, email, phone, website, industry, and the social platforms being managed.

Social account connection data

With the client’s authorization, we store the credentials needed to publish and manage content on connected accounts, including Facebook Page identifiers and Page access tokens. These are used solely to perform actions the client has approved, such as publishing posts and responding to comments.

Content you provide

We store the posts, captions, images, scheduling details, and related notes that you or our team create within the portal, along with their review and approval status.

Engagement data

When enabled, we retrieve comments left by users on the client’s Facebook Page posts so that our team can review and respond to them on the client’s behalf.

Usage information

We may collect basic technical and usage information to operate, secure, and improve the portal.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and publish content to the client’s connected Facebook Pages after it has been reviewed and approved;
• Read the client’s Page information and recent activity so it can be shown in the portal dashboard;
• Read comments on the client’s Page posts and publish approved replies on the client’s behalf;
• Generate draft captions and suggested replies using an AI service, based on the client’s brand voice, for human review before publishing;
• Manage user accounts, authentication, and access;
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the portal;
• Communicate with you about your account and our services.

How we use Meta Platform data

Our use of information obtained from the Meta Platform (Facebook) follows the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We access Facebook Page data only for Pages a client has explicitly authorized us to manage, and only to perform the functions described above. We do not sell Facebook data, and we do not use it for advertising profiling or any purpose unrelated to providing the social media management services the client has requested.

Third-party service providers

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the portal, and only to the extent needed to provide our services:

• Meta Platforms (Facebook) — to publish posts, read Page information, and read and respond to comments on connected Pages.
• Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure that stores portal data.
• Hosting and deployment providers (including Netlify and Railway) — to host and run the portal and its publishing services.
• Anthropic — to generate AI-assisted draft captions and suggested replies, which a human reviews before use.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as it is needed to provide our services to the client, or as required to comply with our legal obligations. When a client ends their relationship with us, we delete or de-identify their data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

Data deletion

You may request deletion of your data at any time. To request deletion of your account or a business’s data, email info@55socialmanagement.com with the details of the request. We process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period. Clients may also disconnect a Facebook Page at any time, which revokes our access to that Page’s data.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect the information we store, including secure infrastructure, restricted access, and encrypted transmission of data. Access tokens and other sensitive credentials are stored securely and used only to perform authorized actions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@55socialmanagement.com.

Children’s privacy

The Greenlit portal is intended for use by businesses and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated through the portal or by email where appropriate.
